i re-installed sins of a solar empire on my computer and seem to have forgotten my password for my log in, is their anyway to reset it?

please i need help logging in, its been about 2 years since i last played this and i forgot my password. i've changed my password on this site (sinsofasolarempire.com) but when i load up the game and put in my username and (what i remember as my password) it tells me my password is incorrect. is their anyway to reset my online account password for ironcladonline?
