Problem solved. I just reinstalled the game and everything runs very smoothly. Hopefully nothing else happens now.

I was changing around my in-game settings so my game wouldnt freeze (if you read my graphic help post a few days ago) just this morning I turned the graphics on highest and when I went to play everything went well...but one time I zoomed onto a capital ship that was about to go into phase space. as it launched itself half way to the next planet the white-ish blue-ish tunnel that forms around the ship in phase space suddenly dissapeared...once the ship arrived at its desination the ship

all my drivers are up to date (just checked) but while messing with the options in-game I increased the refresh rate and turned off the anti-aliasing in the video option and I havent had any freezes...although my HUD does flicker every so often but it doesnt annoy me I just played 6 hours straight with no freezes so Im happy now lol

Hi everyone Ive been playing Sins for over a year now and during the pass year Ive been having difficulties with the graphics. Im new to the forums so I havent gotten the chance to read any other posts that could solve my problem. The game would run great for awhile but then the game would freeze for a minute then it would go black and return to the game as if nothing happened.
