Hi, I've recently picked up Sins and have played a few games. I think I have got the hang of most of the basic things however culture is still a bit of a mystery to me. I've run into situation where I have beaten a planet's defences and bombed the infrastructure to smithereens so that the planet is in a "neutral state".
