I tried many settings and still can't spawn anything on a planet, any idea?

Is there a difference between double click and right-click edit? and i am just failing at spawning anything, tried ticking and unticking the use default template, spawn stuff if aways or no owner or own by Militia, i am just pretty much clueless atm =(

I can't make a planet own by Militia, with Galaxy Forge 3. When i read the guide, it say [ Items UseDefaultTemplate - Do you want to use the predefined planet template for this planet? This just gives you the standard structures and resources if it's an owned world, or if it's an empty planet occupied by militia. ] But i don't see it in my window. i tried to just use edit planet and spawn stuff if planet is o
