first off id like to say that i only started playing with this latest patch (rebellion that is) ive been playing sins from the get go One thing - Titans are far too cheap - its possible to build them too early - you could look at having them requre level 8 research The AI seems to be better than i expected at building titans - i got one up before they did on my first game but still i was suprised. I also get the impression that you cant win a 2v1 ? 1 Titan + 14 caps vs
Hi im having trouble installing the mod for diplomacy.... i had no problem with entrenchment last year - i didnt do as per the instructions i just copied/pasted all the files into my entrenchment folder overwrote everything and it worked fine. Tied to do the same with this version and it does not "look right" ingame the indicators at the side of systems indicating what ships are in a system seem bulky and the lcards menu systems font seems to be a bit off.
The size, power, defence strgenth, number of fighter bays that comes as standard, the ammount of weapon ports - basically everything about the starbases should be increased. Starbases should be very diffucult to deal with and as pointed out should cost allot more to build. I think starbases should be an extra line in Fleet logistics where you can increase the max number (5 or 6) and they should be deadly and able to take a huge amount of damage, also construction time should be greatl

I had well over 100 mines in a system, and I even put them in the high-traffic phase lane areas where the AI had to jump to to invade me, and the majority of the time the mines still didn't get run over when the AI came in. In truth, you (and many others) just hate mines. That's fine, to each
i think mines are a great addition to the game because one of the majoy problems with the game on large maps for me its nearly impossible to win a game against a intellegent player. The mines allow for easy defence if your fleet is occupied elseware. There does seem to be a problem with themines slowing down computers though and having graphical display errors when there are 100's of mines in a single system. 1. have a option to display/not display mines when vi
