Hi - long time sins fan - have my new gaming setup and all games are running fine i returned to sins just a few min ago in prep for a lan we are having tonight. When i am ingame the contrast fades and it is very dark when zoomed out on my external monitor (set up to duplicate my laptop screen) All other games work grand and if i look at my laptop screen the colours are fine when i am zoomed out - its on this external screen - tested with another screen and the same issue. <

Ah i seem to have lost motivation to play and report bugs, i might take a break and wait for rebellion mods - trek one will be kool but really what would be a titan besides a borg cube ? - i suppose they could use ships from games like that stupidly oversized cardie ship from dominion wars and maybe give the feds the Galaxy X class (one with 3 warp nacelles and that massive phaser under its hull) The dominion titan will just have to be that big battleship/deadnought from "va

i have an i7 with 6GB ram and late game it slows down for me - but i have two screens running and sins and the TV are walways on at the same time so when sins slows down when you are 10+ hours into a large game i just let the game play out even if it is slow

I have never been able to keep an artifact as Vasari Loyalist.... When you lose an artifact it still shows up in your list but its dark/grayed out because you dont own it anymore. im assuming this is just a glitch because it means if you scuttle all your planets you dont own the artifact anymore which is a bit unfair - Although it also means you could use the cannon to attack artifact planets behind enemy lines - strip them - strip them again and then they never get the a

I said it in another post - Reduce the cool down time on the phase node from the VLT to about 100 so they can drop them in loads of systems - but make the Anit matter cost 100% of the titans max antimatter Id be more interested in being able to pick what capital ships come though - having a choice would be really usefuul - as it stands i havent used it once because if i lose a cap ship always occupy a world build a replacement (so its the right cap)

if they did add a 4th race at the "end" - sounds more like a mod idea - add the shoddows or something at the end but it would have to be a no win - no way even with 9 players allied you still cant win - its a see how long you can last game mode

i thought this as well would be good if VL had the moving starbases - would be better if THEY where the vasi's method of getting onboard labs- forget cap ships each SB hold 1/2 labs would have been a better idea - if they where upgrade slots on the starbases it would be even better becauuse then Vasari loyalist starbases would be weaker (if you used the upgrade slots for labs) and that would justify them being able to move

sorry fan 77 I disagree - you just have to wait - when i played entrenchment online i had to wait for over an hour until my online game was full - lots of players didnt like the settings and other players did not like waiting around for a full game - but we waited patiently and I said nicely to the players that im sorry but these are the settings and custom map im playing with – it gave them all a map description when we where talking waiting for the map to fill.

The more options a game has the better - i dont know why so many games only have a few multiplayer options. Should be able to restrict any ship or tech pre-game - that way everyone is happy - you create and join games that interest you. As it stands some players seem upset at titans keeping their level and other issues like corvettew spam or putting 20 Vasari rebel titans in the 1 system - better for players to have the option to restrict the tech for those that want it than j

I hope they delay the release - im happy enough playing the beta and im sure those who are not bothered paying for it now are waiting for a final product - no sense in giving them something thats having issues - although ive only had 1 mini dump since beta 3 and it was about 14 mins into my first game.
