Hello. I've been playing Sins for a long time. I played the first diplomacy beta back in November, but I didn't play the 2nd and 3rd stage of the beta. I know you can now offer missions to the pirates (appart from the bounty you put on other people). On the bottom of the pirates window there is a button to offer missions to the pirates, but it is always grayed out (not available). The button says that I need more research,
