1. i was gonna post about this. but i think subspace actually means phase space. starbase phase degradation? 2. both get banks, but SB's get four full sets if i understand it right, can do each of the 3 weapon's full DPS against four separate targets. In terms of capship banks, think of the halcyon's beam cannons it likes to broadside with. under entrenchment it will now use both sides against different targets if it can.
