Take an empty yellow icon button. Take a profile picture of your ship. Sins has a green screen option if you don't have any other way. Copy and resize your profile picture of the ship onto the yellow icon. For cursor over I just set to the brightness/contrast up 30% For cursor down it's just moving the file down one pixel. For disabled I just desaturate the image to convert it to grayscale. I do this all in Gimp though the

Sounds like you might be using an invalid convert data (possibly the one download from the Media tab). In the future you'll want to run the ConvertData_Rebellion.exe included in the steam or gog installation directory.

Larger asteroids would actually be spherical in nature. This change is a more accurate depiction. Larger asteroids may also have their own smaller satellites. I personally like the addition of more variety in asteroids and dwarf planets. Your welcome to mod this out if you don't like it. The mod manager has been updated to install mods. Let me know if there's any improvements or enhancements that might be cool.
As a software developer, I can attest that this is more common than you realize. Nearly all software created is not bug free and minor non-breaking issues are easy to miss. I'll poke them again on the 1.87 thread and see if they'll take a look at these. There's also a couple of titan's that report weapon mesh point errors.
I did try reporting these items. Invalid weapon points cause save games to act wonky like this when they are reloaded. In regards to the corvettes it appears the weapon points are mixed up. You could rename the weapon points in the mesh or switch the order in the entity file and it should fix that issue.

I would highly recommend buying Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion. It really is a superior game compared to the original. It often goes on sale at Steam for 10-12 dollars. Not sure what GOG does for sales.

It is just half the size it was originally. I can make some tweaks to find a middle ground possibly or put the original in the effects folder.
