Mixing and Matching Mods in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hi and sorry if this has been answered already, but I couldn't find an answer in the current posts. Is there a way to pick and choose what mods I want to use? I tried downloading multiple mods but you can't enable more than 1 in game. I haven't found a mod pack on the forum that suits what I want either. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.
