It a bit hard to see here but when I look at the Advent Rebels Titan, The round thing above its head has a really nasty edge with results of a display of white pixels.

Its true that when i turn the skill on, then it casts twice then stops and wont cast again. EDIT: Its seems that i used the skill wrong. Also it's ultimate ability is definetly broken. When i target a planet, it says "target cannot be the Artifact world".

I found a bug that may possibly cause the Coronata's Subjugation skill to not work at all, as i told in another topic, I spammed the skill against a pirate raid and not only didn't i get any pirate ship to join my fleet, My titan never lost any antimatter when using the skill, it always had full antimatter. Perhaps it has something to do with the latest update, since i recall it working before that.

Thanks guys, that culture information is certainly helpful. So if i understand correctly its best to build a few communion centers at planets which has fewest phase lanes. Edit: I have a planet with 78.0 culture, then I captured another one next to it and the culture remains at 2.5 at the new planet? shouldn't 78 be divided by 3?

Can anyone verify that the skill actually works? I always liked to get pirate ships with the Rapture's Domination skill, so I thought i'd try the Coronata's Subjugation skill, but When i got attacked by a pirate raiding party, i spammed the skill non stop and not even one vessel joined. I heard that the Advent Rebels also have a way to obtain other factions' ships, maybe that will work better than the Subjugation skill? It just doesn't seem to work for me at all.</

First, i'd like to mention again that I've experienced hull damage on the Coronata while still having enough shield points. The only enemy frigates were some Kodiaks and Cobalts. Next the question: How does Subjugation on the Coronata work exactly, say i have two pirate frigates in an uncolonizable gravity well, is it just skill spamming until they are converted?

I see, im still not really convinced about culture, though, I have two planets having 3 and 2 culture structures, while the enemy who has 2 planets both connected to my planets with only 2 on the one and 1 structure on the other, and yet his culture isnt dropping.

A few odd things happened in that game: My advent loyalist titan recieved hull damage while still having plenty of shieldpoints left. There were no Corvettes involved in that battle. What's are other ships/abilities which can bypass shields? Also when selecting the titan to attack an enemy structure/vessel, instead of a red line it displays the green arrow.

I shall have another run later this, week armed with your advice, hopefully I'll do better, thanks All! Small followup question: Is the culture from Advent Loyalist really more powerful than other factions? Mapbe I've played the faction the wrong way, but the AI seems just to build a lot of culture centers to stall my culture. Tec Rebels get pirate allegiance, and a very powerful Titan, Tec Loyalist a very good defensive Titan and the ability to dig in well. All that Advent Lo

uhm that starbase is actually upgraded. I don't know why it doesn't show on the map. All planets I had, did have fully upgraded starbases, hangar bays, 2 or 3 repair bays. Still Im getting pirates even i have 0 bounty on me and the enemy had more, and I even get attacked 3 times within 12 minutes by different pirate fleets. You're right about the empire though, I shouldn't have taken the desert and volcanic on the right, and I should've taken the Desert left of the

I'm really considering quitting this game, as of now, I contantly get harassed by pirate fleets over 40 ships per fleet, I get enemy titan with 6 capital ships attacking my planet, and I have 2 or 3 repair platforms. I can kill hard enemies easily on Diplomacy here, but the way Rebellion Beta throws enemies at me is ridiculous. I'm losing planets because i cant defend from pirates and enemy fleets which seems to level way faster than i do.<img src="http://members.upc.nl/c.voort38/2012

Well I find it cheap that the Tec can ally itself with the Pirates, so i can't place bounties on them anymore, and the AI likes to issue missions to pirates constantly, so that my planets get harassed all the time. by the way, is it just me or does the AI focus a lot more on culture than in pre-Diplomacy Sins? They tend to build a lot of culture structures. Well I don't see the point of mind controlling enemy ships, such as in the late game in my situation, i have to fend off

I'm currently playing a game versus four hard AIs, 2 TEC rebels and 2 Advent Rebels. I'm a few hours into the game, and I must say the pirates are way too strong. a raiding group of 30 vessels destroys the same amount of illuminator vessels with ease. The Pirates grow stronger as the game progresses and the TECs ability to ally with them is too powerful imo. Their Titans are already way more powerful, I have to give everything to hold my planets while i get 3 pirate raids at three dif

Its a Loyalist only tech, I find that even the Advent Loyalist doesn't really have an advantage with culture. I had a planet with 4 communion centers, and the enemy (advent rebels) had also 4). I had done all upgrades culture related and yet I my culture didnt push the enemies' culture away, also there were no cap ships that could've repelled the culture. Perhaps culture is still a little buggy with the latest patch? Edit: I also find that with 2 rounds fire

As of beta 2a, the infocard has updated, but it has confused me even more, it seems odd that for a Tier 1 upgrade, Confluence says 30% -> 60% culture spread rate, and further in the tree, still has Unwavering Belief go from 10% to 15%. That would seem redundant if the enemy culture spread rate would be really increased by 60% from Confluence of the Unity which seems OP in my opinion.

Unfortunately I don't have the savegame anymore, though I've seen the enemy build nine broadcast centers on desert planets, just as a previous poster has said. That being said, I find that the deliverance engine is even more nerfed opposed to the Tec's and Vasari's superweapon equivalent, since it's effect can be nullified with enough culture of your own.

Last night I was playing a game versus 4 hard AI's. One of them was bothering me so I shot two rounds from my two deliverance engines to his homeworld, and while both did hit the planet, I had done all the culture related upgrades, such as Eyes of the Converted, and yet the info card said 'last intel 16xxx sec ago'. I never saw my culture spread from his planet, not even for a few seconds. Is this a bug related to the one that enemy culture won't disappear pro

I have several questions about the Confluence of the unity skill. The Zealous Worship increases culture spread rate by 5% so with both upgrades it nets me 10% culture spread rate increase. My question is this: normally i'd go for Unwavering belief going from 10% to 15% to 20%. But what's with Confluence of the Unity? Does that stack with the zealous worship tree? Since Confluence increases culture even more. Also a possible bug: if ive got zealous worship and unwavering

In GalaxyForge, there is an option to name AI players, but no matter what name I enter, the opponents ingame still have names like 'Provians' etc. Does this option work at all in GalaxyForge?
