Fixed! With the 1.1 patch, I just loaded up saved games where this should have unlocked before (over 30 missions completed, over 1k pirates killed). The achievements popped as the save loaded, which was a relief. No need to go through all that again.
Confirmed that the three civ research achievements DO work with 1.04 patch. Change log only specifically addressed research achievements, but I got too eager and went for Outstanding Resume and Pirate Exterminator on custom maps. Both of these are still bugged. 2 more to go... Please post if anyone has actually had luck with either of these achievements in Rebellion.
I hope this is fixed soon. I have well over 60 missions done in my current game, very annoying to do, but still no achievement. With the reduced size of pirate bases, no chance I'm going after the pirate killer achievement until after these glitches are fixed.
