Collectors Edition Purchase in Demigod Demigod Forums

I want to pre-order the game and get the collectors edition, but im confused since theres a lack of information on the impulse site. When I add it to the cart it just says retail boxed game and there is no information on the impulse game page to indicate what is in the box or if I am getting the collectors edition. Is this option still available?
