I want to play new maps. if I down load new maps from the main site is it ok to have the most updated version? Will they work?

i get on about 5 pm MST

I look online every day and sit there for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for games to open up and get frustrated then start a game with out any human players. This game is awsome and have been incoraging all my friend to buy it. The maps are better in diplomacy and you can lock all the diplomacy items. So every one should buy the expasion and play only online![e digicons]:D[/e]

So do I need to reinstall the game and not update the game?

I have version 1.17 and can not load any of the mods. How do I get mods to load. Every time I go to load a 7 deadly sins and game crashes. WHAT DO I DO TO MAKE THIS MOD WORK!!???
