Used a program called Revo Uninstaller that does all that stuff. Does a deep scan of the registry for leftover junk as well.

I'm necroing this post because it's the only one I can find on the topic. A friend and I are having the same problem, we've both got fresh 1.16 installs from Impulse, we tried uninstalling and reinstalling, etc etc. It is not a mesh file error.
