Honestly I dont see the Advent treating anyone in their collective who are psionic less then any other. While theres always a hierarchy in any society, being that they are all able to communicate via their minds its easier for them to conform as they would act more like a colony of ants, each falling into their respective roles willingly for the betterment of the collective.
