Thank you, thats what I thought I am buying the expansion today, specifically to make this part of the game more reasonable. . . P.S. Can you put mines anywhere or only in a planets gravity well? What I mean is could you put some mines, in a stars gravity well, or the uncolonizeable asteroid fields? What about starbases can they go anywhere?
Hello all, I have just started playing a larger game with a few stars, and a wormhole. i would like to know if in these games if I am required to defend the stars, and nearbye wormholes. Or if I have to defend all of the planets, its been getting very frustrating because it seems like they have been able to strike at any of my planet with impunity.

Hello, has anyone tried using Repair Platforms and Antimatter rechargers from the Advent for defense, I have been playing with alot of Hangar Bays as my primary defense but I was thinking that the Repair platforms along with a small fleet for each planet would work better, especially with the Anti-Matter Rechargers. here are some ideas for early game defense 2 repair platforms 3 Disc
