I just want to be able to up the capital ship limit and increase the number of strikecraft. Looking at all this that I have to go through, I think I'd rather just edit the starting fleet population, considering I have no idea what this even means in the first place.
I'm looking through the files and see something like this: BIN R e s e a r c h S u b j e c t - H U D I C O N _ R E S E A R C H S U B J E C T _ M A X C A P I T A L S H I P S P H A S E 0 - H U D I C O N _ R E S E A R C H S U B J E C T _ M A X C A P I T A L S H I P S P H A S E 0 . I D S _ R E S E A R C H S U B J E C T _ M A X C A P I T A L S H I P S P H A S E 0 _ N A M E 5 I D S _ R E S E A R C H S
OK, I figured out by going into gameplay.constants and changing the fleet supply, I can increase, or decrease it. Now, all I need is for someone to tell me where the Capital ships are and perhaps even how to change the slots of planets.
I'm using Galaxy Forge to make a big galaxy, but I heard 10 is the limit, as Homeplanet is already set to 10 for upgrade level. I think I may have put 15 however for Tactical strutures. What happens if it's over 10?
