Hello all, My friends and I get the same issue. I've been reading all you said and... it might be indeed the coma as decimal separator in the Operating System that generates the issue. While changing it from the coma to the point, as you suggested, the numbers in "Planet Artifact Density" and "Planet Bonuses Density" fall to 0 in the Galaxy Forge.
