Replay Watching 2.0 = The other day i was watching a replay, and i couldnt help to notice that there werent any pause or rewind buttons? What kind of replay is this that can only go forward or faster? This game doesn't treat replays as sort of video replay. It treats them as 0 human players game with orders that are scripted....

Rebellion was advertised as expansion with improved multi player features. As it turned out so far those were just empty promises. To be fair They promised some new maps and we are finally and slowly getting them. Some came with latest update and some will come with next one. So there is hope. Current game balance is way out where is supposed to be and that is priority that needs to be sorted out. I am wiling to wait for MP features

I commute to and from work and time I spend commuting is a lost time. So I am thinking to buy tablet to do some work while travelling. I am anti apple guy so iPad is out of the window. Played KhorAH or whatever they are called. On huge Random single star map with 9 unfair AIs unlocked teams. This race is just mean [e digicons]}:)[/e] . I did have a bit of a problem to win which I did in the end but in first 15 min I took out 3 Ais [e digicons]:rofl:[/e] . After that it went a bit slower and I actually had to build sbs on chokes to hold them off. Was it intentional that they do not poses repair platforms or was it oversight? It did work for me. Great mod and so far very stable as long as settings stay quite low. Played TCA and Atlantian so far. Both against 3 allied AI s on highest difficulty (unfair I think its called. Atlantians are still Easy mode while with TCA you just need to hole up save for KOL Beta to do research and get it for free. Well you do have a point... But sending pirate raids on enemy happens in noob games or player vs AI games only. In those games LVL ing titan on pirate base militia doesn't really mater. Noobs won't really figure out strategy like this given they still have problems with expanding etc. In games with AIs... AIs will give yo all experience you will ever need. Saw first reply with "fast" expansion. TBH he did nothing special and I don't know if you noticed he had 13 neutral extractors 15 min into the game. Anyone who actually reads forums and listens to skilled players advice can do that. Only thing new I saw from him it that he put multiple orders to colony ships to board extractors that I never tried or bothered to do. He was very late with trade giving that he was eco slot .. Just Jim This thread is discussion regarding levelling your titan on ships that are in pirate base gravity well and If it is OK as it is or not. Not pirates overall.
Yes but lvl 3 titan is much stronger than lvl 1 and it does give "unfair" advantage to player that got there first.
Perhaps it is possible to leave exp as it is just make it so that titans don't receive experience from said ships?
Yeah economical LVL up would mean titans wont even get into the fights until they are LVL 3 for eradica and LVL 6 or above for most of others. That would also mean that players/team with better map or eco would win by default as titans LVL 6 or above are really death dealing machines.
You could always PM Yarlen and he could point you in right direction or say no straight away. Or Frogboy for that matter... But yeah as far as I got while reading some of moders and devs conversations they are very proud and keep source code tight to their chest so it is a long shot to get it, As for changing it to multi core support they said that it is 1 year project and to complex to do for any expansion. I was playing with a thought that pirate ships and perhaps militia as well should give no combat experience at all or perhaps make it ridiculously low exp points With todays games players tend to rush titan and then farm it on pirate base.... With heavy militia presence TAR and TEC rebels would be much more used. And titans wouldn't farm only on pirate bases and would be out sooner by skilled players...., You would fill logistic with trade ports sooner and you still wouldn't want to increase fleet supply to soon so excess founds would go to titan rush...
TBH i do not know a lot about programming but heck if you could make it devs should give you aces to it. Perhaps with mutual agreement they could incorporate it in one of their later patches :P
