One way I see this game is that defensive structures don't cost fleet supply. Everything that can be used offensive does - excluding super weapons. Exclusion are vasari which can attack with SB but still until now they had to build it in gravity well therefore they owned at least part of that well. Once you bring Phase jumping ability to structure, ship .... whatever that has weapons mounted it becomes integrated into the fleet and becomes primary offensive
1 upgrade slot wont be enough unless you make it ridiculously expensive

OH GOD Guys from 7DS are talking about balance when their mod includes titans with massive damage. Damage so high that normal frigates are not worth building at all. Those are 1 shot 1 kill ships and not all races have them.

This is one of reasons that I advocate that all research to be usable should be tied to active labs.....
Problem with star basses is that they have fire-power of a titan and don't need fleet supply. If I play vasari rebel in most cases my fleet would consist of 45 fully upgraded star bases about 10 siege frigates and 1 or 2 capital ship. I posted reply when I played like that. You can check for yourself....., I had to dispatch a guy first and I still had my first PJ sb before 20 min time. I had 4-5 running sb in 40 minutes. Times might be a bit off but not by much

LVL 1 titan late game cannot be used in combat at all since if u ff it with 100 corv it will die fast. Imagine how fast would it die with 60 hc ff on it. And teun why would it be bad loop?
Corvettes die to frigates which die to titans and if titans died to corvettes there would be yet another loop.....

I expected strip to be tied to maw. And not sure why they made it global. If stripped moved to maw it would still need for process to take a min or so to complete. During this time titan should be vulnerable..... As for current eating frigates abilities.... Perhaps it could do both just AOE for frig should be smaller. Seulecia last 2 games I played with you your fleet consisted of mostly corvettes LRM and LF. but 50% it was corvettes. It is your play style that makes vail so strong against you. Corvettes die to vail on all but asteroid planet LRMs and LF to all but asteroid and moon. With few hull armour upgrades they might survive vulcan but that is it.

You will save a lot of bandwidth if you archive (.RAR . ZIP etc) files before you upload them. Not a problem for me and probably not for you either but.....

OK lets say wail effect gravity well that it is cast from..... I ask myself what Is the whole point of attacking a planet? Destroy it obviously. So warp in few carriers and ff on temple. If he uses vail congratulations you just reached your goal to destroy a planet. If not temple will be destroyed therefore no vail and you can warp in reinforcements. Vail used on gravity well that it is cast on in my opinion negates whole point of its purpose which to my eyes is
Added another replay to OP 1 Noob on each side.... Game was eventually decided by massive lag due to CPU issues of a player and md or quit of fluid...
