IIRC, wormholes need to be added as wormhole and when you have 2 you connect them Pirate base is not in the random list, it has its own listing, same as wormhole

While redoing all the model folders on the SoaSE OneDrive , I finally got tired of looking at the horrid use of team colour on the 'painted on' domes of the Advent models, so I added actual domes with an inside lighting effect. try converting the .mesh to text, remove the second material set, change material count to 1, convert ack to bin and import to max. Just a theory, but should work.
Yes, all the modeling tutorials assume you can model, and are just to get the model into Sins. Youtube has loads of modeling videos for whatever program you are using.
