Does anyone know if we will get out credit cards charged tomorrow from preordering on Stardock?

Hey there, I really need some help on this. I've seen posts about this before but can't find a solution. My game speed has always been set to normal and I've never had a problem before but last night I tried a multiplayer game with my friend and I noticed that the game speed was fast even though I left the settings as normal. Couldn't figure out why but today I loaded a previously saved SINGLE PLAYER game about 3 hours in and now that game is stuck on fast! Wasn't like
