Most upsetting :(.

My first computer was a unit called the Mattel Electronics Aquarius.
Drugs are bad?!
I agree with Tridus on the strikecraft comment. Yesterday I took down a Ragnarov titan ship with 60 well trained fighters and a starbase that barely had any shielding.
I had an epic "comp stomp" experience today. I defeated the first of many titans with nothing more than 50 - 60 well trained Advent fighters. This was done on "hard". Later in the game after losing track of epic moments I finally took over the pirate base. Haters can keep hating but days like this are beautiful.
"The only reason there is multiplayer at all actually is because a few us at Ironclad wanted to be able to fight each other and run comp-stomps. At the time, we predicted the return on investment for multiplayer would be small (and it was as only a very small fraction of Solar Empire players play multiplayer) but we did it anyway, because it was fun for us." - Blair Fraser
@ss I'm late to your game that is great.
As I recall my last multiplayer game I believe that I wasn't the only one to leave due to a third parties inability to handle planets much less assist two of us noobs, who didn't wish to play against said third parties, 3 AI's set on cruel. Perhaps those who accept games with noobs, need to learn to play with others before claiming to be much more than noobs themself. It's peeps like this that keep some players happy with single player games.
@ MayallCommunion - Sorry, now that I recall the conversation, you're right. Please accept my apologies. The multiplayer has left me a bit jaded lately.
@ DirtySanchezz - You're the troll that I was making a passive mention of. By the way, your name suits your personality.

Apparently the Vasari are a bunch of crybabies.
Last week I had the game set on easy while trying to make peace with the AI. I made attempts at not entering enemy space, limiting them from entering mine, sending them missions and offering gifts. When later in the game I sent large amounts of envoys to their gravity they still attacked me. Things have to be changed so that reasonable actions are rewarded with reasonable negotiations. There is no negotiating involved from what I've found. Other than this asp
Rebellion. Oh yeah, I'm esorah. What I'd ideally like to do is play on 'slow' settings in a 2human vs 1ai(cruel) setting.
I'm trying to find somebody out there that wants to play and if so let's schedule a game. With my security here at home I can't host. Any takers out there? Any trolls AKA comp stomp haters can keep to themselves.
If you ask me the beta is a gift to the long term fans. Case example is how those who have been playing Trinity get $10 discounted from the price. Finished or unfinished the beta is a bargain. P.S. The Vasari never struck me as the type to whine.
I'm personally surprised at how well the Advent fought the bidding war when I played my first game. It was a map that I know all too well and I nearly lost my auctions a couple of times. I don't mind, it kept things interesting for most of the game. It increases the amount of time it takes to get my titan is all. By the way, I'm loving the titans.
Screw it, I just bought an ASUS Desktop PC CM6850 Series to handle whatever you throw at me.
Thanks for backing me up on this lachlanp and you to axxo2. It's good to know that some of the peeps in here recognized a good ideal.
I am not made of money therefore I must research things quite a bit before spending my cash. I have a Thinkpad W500 with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 graphics card and I would like to know how well others have found this card to work on Rebellion. Far as I am aware the rest of my laptop should face no issues with this game. I've been playing SOASE for about a year now and enjoy it thoroughly. Please get back with me, community. Long live one of the coolest
Are there any walkthroughs for the Maelstrom: Diplomacy expansion strategies? I'm keenly interested in playing but I would like some information to help with my learning curve.
Maelstrom is the flavor of the moment and the graphics are great but I don't know what to make of it so far.
Short of the fact that I can neither handle a Millenium Falcon nor construct a Death Star, I love Star Wars: Requiem. Playing this has brought me a few hours of insane pleasure. The Star Trek mod didn't really do it for me by comparison. I assume there must be at least one more mod that could drive me to waste more minutes of my life out there. What are they in your opinion?
I find the Imperial starbase in the Requiem mod to be suffice.
I was wondering if it was at all possible to add a feature to Diplomacy/Rebellion that would provide a planet with city lights as it is developed and bombarded.
