Decided to have a play with the Galaxy Forge thing that came with the mod. I've never really done a Sins map, nearest thing is probally the old FA2 for the old Red Alert 2. See, this is why this is one of my favourite mods, you take the time to reply and I actually learn more about the mechanics of the game. An fair enough on the whole Navy HQ thing, I completely failed to notice the chance of duplicate heroes, theres no real way around that. Can't wait for new models by way, hoping Kol has something funky to go with his fame hehe.
Had an idea regarding the structures that spawn heroes on the starting planets. Late game, upon conquering an initial home planet, they remain uncapturable and more or less just a piece of space junk for whoever owns the planet. My suggestion is this; Make them capturable and offer a unique ship. Add two cross faction ships the list of spawned heroes. What do I mean by this? Ok bit complicated but heres how the logic plays in my mind. &nbs
Thanks for taking the time out to reply, figured i'd drop some ideas and concepts, see if they were of use. My modding knowledge is fairly limited (by limited I mean making voxels and ini coding for Red Alert 2, that limited) so was unsure how practical things could be.
May I make a couple suggestion for further visual appeal for the mod? It's two things that are often overlooked, no idea how hard they would be to impliment but it'd make for more cinematic and visually impressive battles perhaps. First is ship sizes in comparrison to planets, namely scale. I've seen this suggested once somewhere and people dismissed it due to it possibly being hard to see smaller ships or something, so with that in mind, what about ins

Hi, so i've been getting odd issues with the new patch. Namely after a while my game screen freezes for a few seconds then continues, keeps on happening. Tried a fresh install and still same. Had another instance where it literally freezes for ages then unfreezes briefly then refreezes. Unsure of cause, some ability of some sort i'd imagine. In this instance, was a pretty big fight. Haven't had it happen before so wondering what the cause is.
Your merging with infinite space? Does this mean Sins will have properly sized planets?

Honestly, can't believe I missed this mod, good solid fun and gameplay.
Fantastic work! Got one bug though, the Imperial titan, the SSD, well, umm, it's kind of too big to escape a wormhole, it keeps coming out either side of it, it's really odd. Think it needs a lil reside or something as i'd *really* like to blow some lovely Kols up with it ;p Anyway, thanks for an awesome mod, keep up the good work.
This is visually one of the best Rebellion mods available, but i've a question; will you be adding any compatability patches for things like Distant Stars or 4X as while the planet size and visuals are bloody amazing, I also enjoy the gameplay of those mods also. Or is it already compatible, if so, ignore this post completely (well, bar the me saying it's excellent work thing)
