Problems with galaxy forge/particle forge? in Sins Modding Sins Forums

Hey what is up people. I'm having a few major issues with galaxy forge and particle forge; the same problems. The first problem is, when i attempt to download either of these from this website in the download section, it keeps trying to open the files with internet explorer. So basically, i can't download them unless i know what to open the files with. The second problem was when i downloaded galaxy forge from Filefront.com(it was version 1.05,the latest i could find).
