Alright I found the 'Sins Dump' folder, I have the most recent log file for anyone that may be able to help me!

Sins will not start in Technical Sins Forums

After searching awhile on how to fix this, I found out I needed d3dx9_41.dll I downloaded it and extracted it into the Sins folder. This time the game loaded, but only to a black screen. I tried to use the 'dev' loader, it worked in window mode, but only the original Sins game... Something about minidump.
