It is there as of this morning. I wonder what happened? I had already run the registry fix when I was initially troubleshooting. It is funny because I couldn't help myself from snagging Sol Survivor for 80% off and that one showed up right away. Oh well, appreciate the relpy and hope the OP got his problem sorted as well.
Huh... well I'm glad it's not just me! I'm having this exact same problem; same game, order and payment info showing complete but no Stardock e-mail and no game! Opened a support ticket already after waiting overnight and going through the available troubleshooting methods. No dice as of yet. Sucks to have happen on a weekend but hopefully it will get sorted.
