All those things - you can mod yourself. No Mines? Mod them. I can do that in a few minutes. No Superweapons? Mod them. Done that before, too. People who wish to rely 100% on the Devs are the ones who will sink. People who realize the Devs will never perfect the game like we all want them to and attempt to do their jobs for them, like most of the modders do, might I add, are the ones who shall swim.

Hmm... the Titans need a counter for this... I propose a buff: AM Shield. The shield catches all AM-draining attacks (Can be upgraded to all energy-based attacks) and converts them into additional Antimatter and reduces ability cooldown at the same time. This would solve the problem of the up Titan Antimatter tenfold.

I think we can all agree than the Cobalt needs a buff, big time. It is called the workhouse by the TEC, yet it cannot stand up to a single light carrier if given enough time? I don't like that, and neither should you. The Cobalt is, for all intensive purposes, worthless. Its damage is weak, its ability is terrible, and its durability is non-existant. So, I propose a few changes to make this frigate worthwhile to build: 1. Replace the lasers with the Snipe projectil

Maybe to take the hassle out of it, reduce the build prequisites to Tier 3. TEC needs something to defend against VR. Also it should target Titans.

I don't know, guys. I see a sixth RB upgrade - destroys everything in the current game that does not belong to the player. As a layer of added security, if two TEC players set it off at the exact same time, the Space Ponies get brought out and do battle to decide the winner.

Flak Burst on the Kol does absolutely nothing now. Tried and tested. The sound and effect still plays, but no damage is done to nearby Strike Craft. Was not happening before .80 patch. I know.
