@Troa: It depends on the kind of person you are, I guess. If it's something that enough people are asking for that the time required would be worth it then I'd do it. I do see your point, though.

I see your point, Craig. I really do. When I said "Nothing to gain" I was stating personal experience with other gaming companies. I do appreciate everything that Stardock and Ironclad have done for Sins. Heck, Sins is the only game I have played since late December! My point, though, is that what you guys do, the average user can't see it. After I posted last night, I reinstalled the original discs (Which for some reason I still have), played, and the difference was monumental. I see wha
Keep in mind that with ever ability they design, they have to design at least a buff for it as well, which in some cases in easier said than done. And with most weapon abilities, IE Gauss Blast, there are I think 3 or 4 buffs for it. Depending on the kind of ability and buff it is, that could take some time. Even if they are professionals. (?)
Either way, my point is valid. Stardock has gone down the toliet, and whoever manages multiplayer should do a better job. How's that?
And what does this have to do with Sins modding?
Will you please stop advertising that?
I don't think Stardock or IC is going to do anything about the gamer's problems in regards to online play. Only thing they see is dollar signs, and more people buy the game for single player tht multiplayer, at least in my experience. So, as long as that is the case, SD and IC have nothing to gain by helping the online community out. As proof, how long has that spammer been making your games a living Hell? (Bringing that up here might actually get it some attention from the devs.)
/facepalm Whiskey, have you ever heard of someone mis speaking? Well, I mis-typed. Pardon me for not being up to your perfect standards. And I for one DO recall a Stardock guy saying there won't be a Sins 2. I don't have to put up with snide comments like yours. And stop being such an ass to everybody. I bet you wouldn't talk like that to someone's face. What do you think?
Don't count on it. Just expect more bugs...
This is just another step in the wrong direction if you ask me. Stardock has just gone down the toilet ever since they released Entrenchment. This is why I don't play multiplayer. Some people just ruin it for everybody. Maybe they should get a designated chat monitor or something? Anything is better than ignoring the issue.
My point exactly.
You're one of those people who makes themselves feel better by making others feel miserable, aren't you? Well, newsflash, that don't work on me. I have outgrown your kind. Go bother someone who actually gives a damn what you think.
What the Hell is that? ^
I'll see if I can find it for you. It's not official, though. It's just one Stardock guy saying Rebellion would be the last Sins game.
You know, this just shows you just how inept Ironclad is at fixing their own problems. This is absolutely unacceptable. Are they even trying?
This expansion had better be polished. I don't want to turn it on and find a million things wrong with it. I don't have that kind of patience for you guys anymore...
I guess you haven't heard that there will not be a "Sins 2?" Even if there is, I'm not getting my hopes up. Stardock won't put forth the effort. Plain and simple. End of discussion.
Ya'know, watching these childish arguments is giving me a good laugh. Carry on.
Yeah, literally as I'm typing this, I'm exploring the dev. I didn't know it was THIS useful... I wish they had something like this for games of my generation...
/facepalm.^ Somebody give this guy a tall, cold glass of reality...
So, what I said is true? I agree with you, Kitkun, by the way. PeterPiker, I don't know how to tell you this, but Rebellion probably will be the last of the Sins games. So, yeah. Heartbreaker, I know.
Oh. Well, I just tried it, and I got to change galaxy by typing "spawn." Anything else useful in there I shuld know of? And by that, I mean useful tools that I can use to give myself ultimate control over my enemies?
How do I spawn ships, get the research, and do other things? I can't seem to find them in the dev. Also, is there any way to run the dev along with sins at the same time?
Hmm... I suppose this would be nice to see, but at the cost of ruining the stability of the game, IE lag, no thank you.
So, they can do it. They just won't. Rather large difference, if you ask me.
