All races get a faction with spawning ships, it is not a good idea to raise limit since you could then have bigger fleets then the more typical pumping faction. And they have to build theirs.

Why did you let the AI build so many Akkan to lvl6? As you said it's not a good tactic, you can bypass it, it only prevent you from getting them there, not steam rolling the rest of the empire. You can scuttle building like phase inhibitors.

The game crashed twice for me, and I was the host. I sent out the dump files, but could not see what triggered the crash, maybe it was the recording... Anyway we reloaded the game a second time after about 28 minutes, so it could be that reloaded games don't record correctly.

YEah Advent make the game crash for me too. Coronata I think has an issue with some of the capital ships, but it's not constant. Happened twice to me yesterday but could not see what power was used.

Well there are rumors the the vasarie have left and won;t come back. it's just tech and Advent now... :)

Also they probably won't release the vasarie until the can find the main crashing bugs they seam to be aware of. Like the twin jumping SB crash. Pretty sure it will come when most game breakers are ironed out and then we can play without constant CTD so people will be able to focus on balancing and few minor glitch then concentrating on the wait this will make the game crash....

Limit the size of the fleet to small /medium, you should not have to much lag afterwards. but end game fleets for big games end up being autocast + drag and pray. Zooom out and look at the ship loosing life then clicl on them to activate powers... Zoomed out seams to be better, you will loose one or two every time but the fleet will still be pushed once in a while!

Are you using the ironclad match system or direct play? I could join you guys and try to help him, we can do a 3 vs 3 unfair...

Should orgov had been able to kill the foundry from afar while is fleet is taking out the guardians as they spawn? If you had him by the balls so much why did you let him pump? Where was your Hot drop SB, you know the thinf the players says I can either kill is fleet and die or I can kill is SB and die...? cheers

If you make it the typical red button power then it's pointless as the Vasarie jumping starbase will just eat through it.... Yeah right red button a Advent fleet and look at the titan melting anything in it's path and look at the ton of ships spawning and re spawning.... Rebellion will be about massive engagement and super fast resupplying of fleets. The RB will be an annoyance as you loose ground to it. &nbs

Well scifi is based on theories and most theories are unproven where the word theory comes form, (even the theory of relativity) so your point is moot. A good writer should make is research on the latest understood principles and theories, because in applied and proven there ain't much to play with. Yes but those nanites are the resultant of a nano phage weapon, now if you looked into the van Newton theory, it describe the vehicle as a possible nano machines, etc. </

The Invincible ain't bad, alto hold some theories of physics have evolved since then, space travel & all. If you like that era, check Voyage of the Space Beagle, it's nice too. Yeah FYI, all those concept are advance space theories base on our current understanding of space travel/time. When you take in account that traveling to another star will take hundred if not thousands of years, during which
