OK, Take away colony pods for the rebel starbase seeing as it does not fit that they are moving civs to their starbases anyway in lore terms. Secondly, add the phase jumping as a very expensive module of 2 levels. <

Personally I have found it very akward to deal with if they rush it and you are not also rushing for it. Especially when playing as vas also, No anti structure :(
Don't know about anyone else but I am already up for a revolution, a rebellion even ;)
It has come to my attention that the starbase phase jumping is simply pretty op, especially when they are stacked(the next one ready to jump in when/if you kill the first one). I put forward a suggestion that it takes much longer for the starbase to charge its phase jump to help with balancing.
As the Vasari are most likely coming out soon, and many modders have already unlocked them for themselves I think it is about time that we start posting up strategies for them (both loyalist and rebels) to see if anyone has a great strategy, mainly focusing on strategies that people have found work really well with the new techs. <span style="font-family: 'times new roman'

I suppose so. Maybe have it so holing left mouse down added a larger amount of ships to the queue? like 10 , or 20? Its just sometimes I find its annoying when having to micro ships around the gravity well and at the same time keep up with what ships you are sending to reinforce.

I suppose so, But you have to admit it would be nice not to have to micro construction of ships, Especially when focusing on the battles having to micro abilities. ;)
