Ah! Good to see there are some good graphic mods around, seeing TEC's Lament was actually what got me wanting to play it again. I was curious if you guys were running it and how these mods perform on your rigs.

I was skimming through the wiki and saw that Hoshiko Dem Bots had a range of 3000. But I was wondering, what does that mean? And for that matter, what is the diameter of your average Gravity Well (sans Dense Metal Core).

Couple of quick questions about the Hoshikos: 1. How many ships are affected by a single Hoshiko? And do Hoshiko repairs stack? I thought I read somewhere that it didn't but I was just checking. 2. Can Dem Bots be micro-managed in the sense of picking out a particular group of targets to affect?

So I recently saw the video TEC's Lament and was floored by just how amazingly pretty the game looked. I also noticed how the game lagged up when he was playing it, but I have a i5-2400 along with a Radeon 6870 so I think that I can run the program... especially since the mod looks to be 2 years old. My question comes to whether the most recent update is compatible and what not, or will I have to choose an older update to be able to use this graphic mod? Barring this, I was wonder

Since we're on the discussion of Kol (And I feel my question probably doesn't warrant a new topic).... I just reread through a post that someone rezzed that was essentially people talking trash about the Kol in the early game. And from what all I've looked up through the forums and the wiki (very limited experience with the game and it was only in singleplayer, just getting the game for multiplayer this month with my new xmas computer) I completely understan
