Oh I wasn't talking about on a galactic scale, but on a gravity well scale. For example, I just warped in 10 LC to a enemy gravity well and want them to move along the edges of it as the bombers go off and do their work, and to keep them out of range of enemy starbases/turrets. Hope that is clearer.

Speaking of the Culture idea, I wonder if there is a way that you can implement a sort of "Conversion" system. I haven't really seen a culture get so overpowering enough that it causes a system to revolt, But I'm reminded of Civ IV and how big a role that culture could play in it. My idea though plays to what the Advent is and that is religious zealous. I suppose in a sense that is what their doing, but I just wish their envoy could play the role of like a priest from Civ IV a
By now, you all have probably heard of the cruise ship accident that happened over the weekend. The accident claimed the lives of 11 people so far, but this number is likely to go up as many more people remain missing. If you haven't heard anything about it, I posted a link to a news article telling about the disaster. On Saturday, the cruise ship's Captain was arrested. What was he arrested for you may ask? Well, no official release has stated just what he has been charged wi
So I was kiting my light carriers around a gravity well in a AI game, and I came upon a question. I know how to setup way points, but is there a way to set up a patrol route using waypoints? It would be helpful if I could set it up and then go back and do other things while I'm waiting for them to finish their dirty work. edit: spelling
Well, they did change it from Oblivion if that is what he was referring to. As I recall, in Oblivion you could just pull up the map and select a location. In Skyrim, you go up to a carriage driver and select a city to go to. From there you can either walk or ride horseback to your final destination. Hope this helps.
No, once you reach Level 50, leveling up is a whole alot slower, but you will still recieve perk points until you reached the actual MAX LEVEL 81, then you stop leveling up, and getting perks, and once you master all your skills, you are Level 81 and a half, so that makes me wonder, if there is a way to permenatly decrease your skills and level them again, maybe there is a way to get past LEVEL 81, and plus I've seen people at Level 99, e
Yah, and as far as computers go, I've seen computers that cost this much that offered a lot less to be honest. My computer I'm building has the i5-2400 and either a GTX 560(probably)/HD 6870(maybe) for around the $600-700, but again though you go with what you got and a i3-2100 (I'm assuming that's what it is anyways) is a pretty decent processor. Not sure about the graphic card as I dont have any experience with it. I did have a alien laptop, but it was a pain in the

I was just thinking, why is it the Advent have to wait the longest for their LR Frigate at this point? From what I've read over the forums, it seems like that once the Illuminator got nerfed/fixed (As I understand it, it was doing something it wasn't suppose too, like counting all three beams as one forward or something, feel free to correct me on this) the Advent just lost their luster. Is there a way to buff the Illuminator so that the wait is worth it? Or on the other hand, if
I also saw that tommorow, there are several big name sites that are going black for 24 hours in protest over SOPA including Wikipedia, Reddit, Craigslist, and Minecraft. Good to see a lot of publicity against this law!
Yah I'm usually frown against piracy, but I can never understand why Windows OS has to be so damn expensive. Perhaps someone with more knowledge could shed some light on the subject?
The Akkan (targeting uplink), Sova (embargo), Rapture (battle meditation) and maybe the Desolator (bombardment platforms) are the only cap ships that could both really support a raiding group and actually get built. The Marauder is also good for this but you really should never build one in the first place.
I like the idea of using Sova, since it seems like it loses a lot of luster as the game progresses to mid and late game.

Yah, I never pre-order until they come out with packaging details. In a few cases, I'll actually get a collector's edition content if it really interest me. But as far as taking preorders early, I can understand you want to make sure your money isn't wasted, but you do take that risk in putting down money on a game that doesn't have any details out. Games are always getting delayed and such, I dont know how long I've been waiting on ME 3.
