The strange thing is that the TEC part of Rebellion crashes on me every hour or so almost like clockwork, the Advent update didn't crash once and I played it all of yesterday till about 9.30pm (maybe 12 hours total running time!). I have gone back to the TEC (no choice really) and it still crashes just like before.
Yeah. The only bugs I saw in the Advent were very minor. And some stuff is even better than before.&nbs

This is like coming home on your birthday, convinced that everyone forgot, and there is a surprise party waiting. You start to think, Oh they didn't forget! Then it turns out that it's for some guy named Leroy. Not that I know from experience or anything...

What chases the Vasari? It will be something which eats and merges and consumes, like the Beast or the Borg. Arrogance? Do you mean pride? Also, there is no way that the Vasari are sloth - if they were lazy, would they have an empire
I do think people take the word "sins" too literally on this, I've always seen it more as just being "actions having consequences."
YES! You were typing this one before I got mine out. Their sins are their actions, not some representaon of the seven deadly sins.

The sins are something that they did. The Advent put implants in their children and experimented with their minds to see what they could do. They did not kill them or anything, but This is why the TEC exiled them in the first place. Remember the lore? The Vasari were doing something in that lab. That is a sin if they they were experimenting with people( this fits in with my earlier Theory). The TEC may not have done anything at all (not count

Oh Dear Lord! I just nearly had a heart attack when I heard that the Advent had arrived. And then, when I saw the opening video, I really did! They had to use my socks to wake me up!

If I might refer you to a couple of books. In The Longest Chase , a short story by an author I unfortunately forgot, They could transfer their consciousness to small robots that could fly in space, and mine asteroids. However, It was a copy, and the original went back home. They thought of themselves as individuals. In The Moon is a Harsh Mistress , by Robert A. Heinlein, there is an AI that only a handful of people knew about. Hi

Snipe does not seem as powerful as I think it should be... maybe it is because all I use it on is big stuff. Can it take out a frigate or cruiser in one shot of Snipe?

I think that a collector's edition should include trinity. Or maybe not. its just that if I were to get soase collector's edition, Would the extra stuff be accessible only through the game disc, or would it be on a seperate disc? When I installed trinity on my pc, it required me to delete my original SINS game. It was not a problem of course; trinity includes Sins. But will the collecters edition require me to delete trinity? I want to access the extra co
Another point of concern over having an extra module for a starbase would be that the star bases are "new" creations, and the artifacts are ancient.
That is a point that needs to be considered. Most people don't think about the lore aspect.

I SO want to play the other factions. However, I hope that the devs don't let us until they have gotton most of the bugs out of the TEC faction. Also, there may well be bugs specific to the interactions between factions. I say: Wait as long as you need, devs. I can wait.

On point 1: You couldn't use the two titans on two fronts. If you split them up, then they will just hit you with both of theirs. yours would surely die, and then your other one is also dead, for you cannot stand against two titans with one. I suspect that two lower lever titans could easily defeat one higher lever titan. Titans need to stay solo. However, I do agree with calwyn on that it would be cool to tell your allies to build starbases at

I don't know. I just assumed, I guess. It is dead; it has no population. No amount of mandates should make up for that.

This is not a problem at all, just a thought. Did you know that if you have a dead asteroid (no logistics) and you research Developement Mandate (+4 logistics) it affects the dead asteroid too? It does.

My buddy and I have been playing a huge game, custom map I created with a total of 10 players. We are going on 10 hours of game play so far and still running.
I am playing one right now. It is running, and every once in a while I check the forums. Back to the game. I am playing as the Loyalists.

Some good counters could be: 1. Letting the Ogrov be able to shoot at Titans, since Titans are slower, and 2. giving corvettes bonuses against Titans. Not huge ones, though. Also, When I have a group that includes my Titan, the group splits into several groups, and stays that way. This is when they move.

Anything shooting at anything else that isn't a fighter or a bomber is 100% accurate unless in an asteroid field. Even if the FX appears to miss the game registers it as a hit.
That is not true. If it were, there would be no need for the Targeting Up-link ability that one of the cap ships has. There is not 100% accuracy. The F
