Playing as Advent with broadcast centres splattered around usually anticipating my culture to spread as normal but now the enemies, even TEC, culture is spreading into my planets with at a crazy rate and my broadcast centres doing nothing. Two of my planets are now have the "hostile culture is threatening to overthrow this planet" warnings and I'm barely an hour into the game!
