So the whole point of culture is to make the planet revolt so everyone on the surface dies? so the DE is counter acted by capital ships and media hubs, so that it's very easily shut down, where as the nova instantly kills the planets population and stops it from being re populated and has a very heavy debuff for a long while after it's been hit. Am I missing something here?

How is that balanced, the vasari one does like 1.5K damage to structures so that's wooopty do just have a couple of repair dudes there and the advent one doesn't actually do anything from what I can tell
