Ill try this out the skill mod option. I have not noticed if it happened on multiple planets in the same game but did happen multiple times on the same planet in different games. Messed with the setting and setting the spawn to "always > no owner" seemed to work.

1.) I'm making a mod to increase the number of skill points your capital ships and titans will get at max level so that you can max out all the skills. While editing the individual entity files for each ship I cannot find anything directly related to skill points. Does anyone know how to modify this? 2.) Th
