Hello all well im new here and let me say i really do enjoy this game and its awesome ,and now my "strategy" question , i been reading a lot and some "players" says that the NPC " cheat" on Resources (dont know which one of the 3 of t hem) i wanted to ask is this true ?? i been playing and wining small maps on Hard but once i go to Medium Single Star map on "Hard" i guess almost always a "draw" with another race... and the slowlness takes the best of me.... any help on
