Systems of War Map - Stuck in 5 planets, cannot find enemy in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

Hi guys, new player here. I'm playing the systems of war map, have successfully killed all rebels and taken all 5 planets in my system. I'm playing 4 player FFA offline, but the problem is I'm stuck in my system and there are no phase jumps to any other planets in the solar system so I appear to be stuck! I have developed a lot already so please help me with this, thank you in advance!
