Thanks for the replies. I didn't realize there was a 2nd starbase upgrade. Some quick tests show its actually greater than the value of a 2nd trade port. I can see how that's a big deal. And I hadn't quite put together that extra logistics means dead asteroids become not-useless. Cheers
