I have a question about editing actual settings of the game. As you know, before the game starts, you can adjust several factors such as ship speed, income rate, research times, etc. I'm looking to change a few of these values. The main one I want to change is research times. Hey, I'm pretty new to sins modding, and I'm trying to figure out how to change neutral and pirate colors for my game. In the color.color file I can see how to change player colors 0 to 9, but I don't see anything about pirates or neutral planet militias. I see "playerColor:NPC ffbdbdbd", but that doesn't seem to be a valid color. Anyone able to help?
