German guy need help in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

Hey, sorry if my english is bad. But i need help. I want to play a big game with a lot of tactical modules. The highest number of tactical places i can build is up to 40. Can i increase this ? And how can i build more than 1 starbase near a planet ? I want to defend one point and have fun with this. I´m using Galaxy Forge ... but don´t know how to increase what i want. I hope you can help me. &nbs
