All Seeing Eye? in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

Hi there. Complete novice here!! I'm playing a medium sized random map against 4 AI. Struggling too, to be honest, but hey ho, that's because I'm rubbish!!!! Anyway when I'm scrolling around my worlds sometimes I see a kind of 'transparent eye' over one of my planets? Could anyone tell me what it is please? Does it mean I have to explore that particular planet? Also I know I/you have to expand as quickly as possible, but what it the long term strategy as far as

This is going to sound really silly I know but is there a way to change the voice for a race? I much prefer the Advent voice but want to try & play Vasari for a while, to see if I'm any better than playing Tech!! Cheers [e digicons]:thumbsup:[/e]

I have literally just made an account to say thank you Incomitatus for such brilliantly written posts!! [e digicons]5*[/e] I am an absolutely big time beginner when it comes to RTS games never mind to this game, so when someone takes (a lot) time out to write something like this on these lines, length & depth, I am pretty grateful. I have only played this game for maybe 4/5 hours so I know absolutely nothing, crikey my last game I had red lines coming along
