how do I buy entrenchment/diplomacy? whenever I click 'get entrenchment' it takes me to 'My shopping basket' and I can't find where to actually add the expansion to the cart or to buy it directly from the website.

I have recently bought sins of a solar empire (original) and i want to update it as well as hopefully buy the micro expansions, but whenever I try to register a product Via Account Management > Register Code it always appears with an error message saying to try again and if the problem continues then to contact S.D., I have contacted the Via email and had no reply (I sent them a email 1 week ago) I've looked on forums and tried some suggestions from other posts

this might be a stupid question but, I've read up on sins and apparently thes extra threats or disasters (like gas giants and worm holes) and Im not sure if you need entrenchment or another DLC for them to be in the game. (btw I have the original game not rebellion or trinity)
