what are those additional benefits? unlimited downloads for the duration of your odnt subscription. Doesn't sound like much of a benefit to me if you get that with a WC subscription.

I have an (ahem) expired OD subscription, but want to renew. However, I've just been accepted into the beta testing program of R2 for Windows 2003 server. I was wondering if I would have any issues or if OD even runs on it. I noticed on the OD website that it only lists up to XP. Isn't Win2k3 based on the XP GUI? Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Maverick
Personally I don't see anywhere in Brad's inital post does he mention "skins". He says "Goodies" and he even gave a few examples, "Avatars, Emoticons, Winks, Backgrounds, etc." Those I wouldn't mind seeing here, but skins for IM clients, you can find those anywhere on the net. Just my .02 Maverick

Black Xero, do you have another email? GMail doesn't like the attachment. I wonder if it's their counter-action regarding the Gmail Drive software. Anyhow, attachment won't go through Gmail. Paxx, If your sending .exe files(even inside zip/rar files), Gmail blocks them as possible virus attacks

To get a Gmail account, all you need to do is find a "buddy" with an invite and have them send you an invite. That's how I got mine. And from what I hear, they upped the invites to 50 per user so I'm sure there are plenty out there. BTW, I don't have any left. Maverick

Just let me say I've been a fan of Stardock for years. I started with the beta of windowblinds and I'm presently towards the end of my third ODNT subscription. Of that subscription I use Windowblinds and Iconpackager 100% of the time. Every so often I use DesktopX and WindowsFX. And I'm ok with that. I use my subscription for what I paid for, WB and IP and the ability to have all the betas for those for a year. Users of the free versions don't get that opportunity. Are th

Back in the mid to late 80's (in the midst of my high school days) an excellent movie came out. (Top Gun) One day in the early 90's I was playing a computer game (Can't remember which one now) and it allowed you to give your character a nickname. I didn't want to use my own name so I chose Maverick. It too is a popular nick on the net so I have a few different versions of it all over.
I too have just seen Spidey. I thought it was very good. It had a couple "questionable" spots but over all I thought it was good. I will also be seeing SW:AOTC. As for the draw, I believe SW will win the battle due to a larger following.
