I did not have a valid snapshot when I first experienced this problem. My snapshots were from an older PC setup. I fully restored my fences but not my icons to the fences. I just installed a new PC when the MB died on my old system. Both the old and new systems run Windows 10 u1803 with all patches. I had no noticeable issues on the old PC. The old monitors were connected to the PC via display ports as are the new monitors.
