Hi!
What surprises me is how the computer players remain at peace when they should presumably be getting kill missions at some point.
When I checked the missions statistics I was the only one who got them. So no negative/positive effects for AIs from (non)completing them.
I do wonder how Al's manage diplomacy between themselves though.
I wonder too. If they do it at all, not just some random roll for peace/war. BR, Iztok

Hi!
I'm trying to knock out the accomplishments of beating 2, 3, & 4 Hard oppenents single-handedly, then more opponents if possible. What do you think the easiest opponent configurations would be?
The most easy game you'll get if you _lock_ teams, each AI in its own team. If you unlock teams, with current diplomacy "model" you'll sooner or later find yourself fighting most AIs, as they'll "sign a NAP" among themself, but will be constantly turning hostile to you, becaus
Hi! I got my achievement "Actually Hal..." against 5 AIs, each it its own locked team. BR, Iztok
Hi!
*ALL* the AI players tend towards a mutual cease fire, whether they are my ally or not... As is, the built in diplomacy engine is essentially broken.
Signed. It's really frustrating to see my "ally" who helped me two minutes ago now just watching other faction attacking the same planet he defended two minutes ago. :( And very soon he'll also turn hostile, because I can't go out and destroy 3 civilian structures of XXX 3 jumps away, because I have
Hi! For the first time I tried the Vasari. The game itself was a blast - I had a really hard time to overcome the big fleets of smal fregates the Ascend AI was spamming. Finaly they are contained in one "branch" of the solar system having only 1 planet and 2 asteroids, and I'm just checking various vasari techs. I've researched the whole volcanic tech "branch", but after I've checked their effects, I found them practically insignificant. For the expen
Hi!
I'd love to know the stats on the pirate ships
The best reference I've found is in SoaSE wiki: [link="https://www.sinsofasolarempire.wikia.com/wiki/Factions#Pirates"]ships of factions[/link]. The armor type could be presumed, but damage vs. different armors is stil missing. BR, Iztok
Hi!
Unit and fleet AI Please score the following, on a scale of 1 to 5
Haven't played enough to give a score, but way too many times I've seen my ships flying out of a battle to some strange point in the grav-well. Maybe that was the consequence of their common target (a cap ship) destroyed. I've checked their auto-attack and it was on. I reactivated it, but haven't seen them turn and pick another target. Maybe my comp's too slow for such commands to get their turn mor
Hi! New here. I've played and won several games on normal, and am currently winning a medium map with 4 tough (unallied) AIs. To be fair I actually can't tell the difference. The only thing I've noticed is AIs tend to have bigger fleet, and that I'm actually losing more smaller ships in battles. I tried searching this forum and wiki, but couldn't find the real answer. The only one is for "unfair" AI, that it gets bonuses in resources. So please what's the diffe
