This is the procedure I received that fixed my problem. Basically Uninstall with the tool below and Install the latest version. That's all it took for me. </sp

When I install Windows 10 Home update I converted from Fences 1.1 to Fences 2.13. Now after Boot-up, neither the Fences or Icons that weren't in fences appear, until I right click once anywhere on the desktop. Then they all appear, but still have to do a refresh to have the Icons line-up correctly within the Fences.
