i try to re-installation to shut off update but can't enter product key when i click on "Enter Product Key" What The Hell But can click on Purchase Product key or 30 Day Trail.

First i try to buy one program form stardock and then stardock cutoff my money. (around $2) Then cut $9.99 (The price of product). So, how long i will get $2 back. Sorry, i'm newbie in this.
